Bringing the carnival vibe this summer, Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council, along with local businesses and community groups, are celebrating the diversity and culture of communities in our area as well as the local High Street with The Bletchley Big Street Eat. Free to attend, this brilliant event will take place on Saturday 30th July from 12pm – 8pm in Queensway and is set to be a huge celebration of art, culture, music, food and entertainment that everyone can fully immerse themselves in.

UEFA Women's Euro 2022 Legacy Public Art Commission – Tender Process Now Live

Milton Keynes Council working in partnership with Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council and in association with West Bletchley Parish Council are looking to appoint an experienced, visionary and innovative creative practitioner or practice to deliver a new public art commission, which builds upon the aims, objectives and vision of the UEFA Women’s Euros 2022 Cultural Programme and delivers to Ground-breaking Bletchley and Fenny – the Bletchley and Fenny Towns Deal. Borrowing Town Council litter pickers, the Brownies did an excellent job collecting six bags of litter. Please remember to take any rubbish back home with you or bin it. Littering can harm our local environment and wildlife so we must all do what we can to look after our local area.

Upcoming Partial Road Closure – Bond Avenue

Please be aware that between 8am-6pm on 4th July – 7th July, part of Bond Avenue (from its junction with Bletcham Way to its junction with Dane Road) will be closed. A big thank you to Iglesia ni Christo (Church of Christ) for their huge and incredibly generous Food Bank donation which was received at Spotlight yesterday. Donations of much needed food items for MK Food Bank are vital at this time. MK FoodBank’s Big Doorstep Give collection is also back this week, between 25-26th June, where they will be collecting donations from doorsteps all over Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (anywhere with a MK postcode).
