Towers to rival Stephenson House?

Your local Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Councillors will be deciding their comments  for the Planning Authority when they review Planning Application 1902742FUL at a meeting at 7 pm on Tuesday 19 November 2019.  This application is for re-development of the Burger King site and construction of a residential led mixed use development including 2 buildings of 8 to 16 storeys in height and comprising 136 new homes and ground floor commercial units.  There will be 52 parking spaces and 160 cycle parking spaces as well as landscaping including play space provision.   Prior to the meeting the developers concerned will be explaining their plans at a community drop-in from 6 pm.  Both events will be held in the meeting room at Bletchley Library.  All residents are welcome to find out more and express their views about this significant potential development which, if agreed, would change the face of Saxon Street and Albert Street.
