Members of the public who wish to observe meetings will be able to do so via Facebook live streaming on our Facebook page.

Individual members of the public who wish to make spoken representations or ask spoken questions should contact the clerk (ideally by email) no later than 12 noon on the day before the day of the meeting for details of how to join the meeting and make their representation.
