Halloween this year

Please take extra precautions if you are planning to take part in Halloween activities this year. Please remember that social distancing rules still apply and that no one should meet in a group larger than six people, indoors or outdoors.

This is a very unusual and difficult time so please respect residents if they are not taking part or do not answer the door.

Also remember that there are other ways to get involved with Halloween. For example, you could decorate your house or host a virtual party online with a themed quiz for family and friends. If you are thinking of going out, consider agreeing with a household in advance that they are happy for you to knock on the door for trick or treating.

Let's all enjoy Halloween safely in 2020.
