Taylor Wimpey South Midlands is inviting residents of Newton Leys, and the surrounding areas, to have their say on proposals for the latest phase of residential development at its Willow Lake development.
The homebuilder is preparing a full planning application for up to 113 new homes on two pieces of land off Galapagos Grove.
The proposed development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from 2-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom homes, including up to 31% of the new homes provided as affordable housing.
Taylor Wimpey will hold a public consultation to seek the views of local residents from Wednesday 11th until Friday 20th October 2023. During this time, details of the proposals will be available to view at https://www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/.../elm-drive-proposed...
Participants will also get the chance to speak to members of the project team during a public exhibition event at the Newton Leys Pavilion on Furzey Way, which will run from 3pm until 8pm on Wednesday 11th October 2023.
